What is the Purpose of this Website ?

Prayer is the most powerful force on earth, it sets the arm of God in motion. Pastor Harold F. Weitsz had a vision to create a website to connect people that share in his passion for prayer. That vision was imparted to Pastor Theuns Blom, the Dean of our local college, The College for Advanced Christian Education (CACE). Pastor Theuns together with Phillip Oosthuizen, the Lead Developer for this site, relentlessly drove the development of this site and we trust that it will enrich the body of Christ and cause revival in all nations across the Globe.

Why Should I Register on this Website - What are the Benifits ?

Registering on this website allows you to interact with this site. Once registered you can join a prayer group, create your own group, manage your group, add files and photos to groups, submit prayer requests, comment on content, interact with other users though messaging and emails. We are constantly enhancing this website to serve you !

What is a Prayer Group ?

A Prayer Group is any group of people with a common prayer interest. As a registered user you can create your own global, national, regional or personal prayer group and invite members to pray with you for the causes of that group. Groups can be set to private which will exclude it from the menu for public viewing and only allow invited members to do so. When you create an group you are not automatically assigned as the manager of the group, to become the manager of your group please send us email containing the group name and a short motivation. A group can be configured with various Administrators / Managers spreading the management load between them. Please note that group creation is moderated and approved by the administrator of this website.

What is a Prayer Group Manager / Administrator ?

The Prayer Group Manager / Administrator has the responsibility to ensure that the content in the group is not of an offensive nature. Tasks of a Manager include approving membership requests, prayer requests and files added to the group. More features like photo albums and blogs will be added in the near future.

Are There any Membership Costs ?

This website is a gift to the body of Christ. There are no costs invloved in using this site. If you wish to make a donation you are more than welcome to do so. All donations recieved through this website is contributed towards the Great Commission where we plant and sustain new churches.

Where do I Start ?

We are so glad that you are considering becoming a part in the Global Prayer Network. To the right of this screen are the controls for this website. Please register yourself as an Intercessory Prayer Partner. Registrations are approved immediately whereafter you can request membership in groups by viewing them and using the request membership link in the upper right hand corner of the group page. After being accepted as a member you can add prayer requests and files using the same controls on the right hand side of your browser window.
